These brackets are specifically designed for the current 041-0136 safety sensor eyes. They are not compatible with older-generation sensor housings, even when the sensors appear similar.
SAFETY SENSOR EYES ARE NOT INCLUDED. For replacement sensor eyes, wiring and supporting hardware, order the appropriate 041-0136 kit. LiftMaster 041-0365-000 is the complete kit commonly referenced when both sensors and brackets are needed.
Confirm the existing sensor design and opener model before ordering. Both sensor eyes must be mounted securely, aligned across the door opening and positioned according to the opener instructions.
After installation, test that the closing door reverses when the infrared beam is interrupted.
