LiftMaster K24-24-6 Commercial Operator Relay – 24VAC, 10A, 3PDT
The LiftMaster K24-24-6 is a replacement electromechanical relay for select LiftMaster mechanical commercial door operators and control systems. Its triple-pole, double-throw contact arrangement allows three separate circuits to be switched between normally open and normally closed states from one 24VAC control signal.
This relay is commonly used in operator control, brake and auxiliary switching circuits where the equipment specifically requires a 24VAC 3PDT relay.

A relay with the wrong contact arrangement can cause improper sequencing, brake operation or control behavior. Do not substitute a DPDT relay where the circuit requires three switched poles.
For a compatible system requiring two switched poles, see the LiftMaster K24-24-1 24VAC DPDT Relay.
The LiftMaster 115V DPDT Relay and LiftMaster 230V 3PDT Relay are available for operator circuits specifying those coil voltages.
Diagnostic and Installation Notes
Before replacing the relay, inspect the coil circuit, contact terminals, socket, wiring harness and connected load. Burned contacts may indicate excessive current, loose terminals or a failing connected component.
Disconnect and lock out operator power before servicing. Label every wire before removal and transfer connections one terminal at a time according to the operator’s electrical schematic. Commercial operator electrical repairs should be completed by a qualified technician.
