Important Remote-Control Information
This board uses a 315 MHz radio receiver. Existing remotes operating on a different frequency may not work after installation and may need to be replaced with compatible 315 MHz Security+ remotes. All compatible remotes and wireless keypads must be programmed after the new board is installed.
Before Ordering
Confirm the complete number on the original logic board, opener model, purple learn button, frequency, wiring connections and replacement-parts diagram. Similar-looking 41A5021 boards are not automatically interchangeable.
Installation Notes
Disconnect electrical power before servicing the opener. After installation, program the compatible remotes and keypad, then test the wall control, safety sensors, travel limits and automatic-reversal system before returning the opener to regular use.
