The Miller Edge GEM-103 connects a hardwired 10K resistive sensing edge to a compatible commercial gate operator that requires a monitored 4-wire pulsed safety input. The compact module mounts inside the operator and converts the edge signal to the format the operator expects.

Compatibility
Use this module only when the gate operator’s manual specifies a 4-wire pulsed monitored safety input and the connected sensing edge is a compatible 10K resistive monitored edge. Check both requirements before ordering. A 2-wire pulsed or normally closed monitored input requires a different interface module.
What’s Included
One gate edge module, wire nuts, and installation instructions. The sensing edge, junction box, conduit, and installation wiring are sold separately.
Installation and Safety
Installation should be completed by a qualified gate technician. Disconnect operator power before wiring, follow the Miller Edge and operator manuals, and test the sensing edge after installation. The module’s LEDs help identify normal operation, edge activation, and wiring or edge faults. Never bypass a monitored safety input or operate the gate when its required entrapment protection is defective.
