Replace a worn cable pulley and fork assembly in a compatible extension-spring garage door system with this 4" clevis pulley.

The clevis-style fork supports the pulley while allowing the lifting cable to travel through the extension-spring system. Confirm the pulley diameter, cable routing, mounting arrangement, and available clearance before ordering.
Inspect the lifting cable for broken strands, flattening, corrosion, and abrasion. Check the companion pulley, springs, brackets, and supporting hardware for wear or misalignment.
Garage door extension springs and cables can remain under dangerous tension. Have a qualified garage door technician secure the door and safely release spring tension before replacing the assembly.
After installation, confirm that the pulley rotates freely, the cable remains correctly seated, and the fork does not contact the track or surrounding hardware during operation.
