Mount a compatible LiftMaster MAXUM wall-mounted operator at the front or top of a rolling-door hood or coil with the FOHMODDC heavy-gauge bracket kit. The slotted bracket arrangement permits operator positioning and drive-chain adjustment during installation.

The FOHMODDC is a mounting solution, not a complete drive package. Drive and driven sprockets, #50 roller chain, #50 master link, shaft keys, welding supplies, operator, and door hardware may be required separately. Confirm the current kit packing list before ordering.

Installation requires selecting the correct mounting position, aligning the operator and door shafts, measuring and cutting the chain, tensioning the drive, and permanently fastening the bracket to the supporting structure. LiftMaster recommends welding the bracket where specified by the instructions.

The operator output shaft must be positioned above, below, or in front of the door shaft—not directly in line with it. Verify sprocket alignment, shaft-key engagement, chain tension, clearances, and hand of mount before operating the door.

Disconnect and lock out electrical and battery power before installation. Mounting and welding should be completed only by a qualified commercial door technician.
