Compatibility
Designed for compatible LiftMaster MAXUM commercial door operators, including supported JDC jackshaft, JHDC jackshaft/hoist, and TDC trolley models.
Verify the exact operator model and its accessory requirements before ordering. Do not assume compatibility with older LiftMaster Logic-series commercial operators, residential garage door openers, or other manufacturers’ equipment.
This listing is for the controller only. The commercial door operator is sold separately.
Installation & Setup
Follow the MAXUM operator manual for wiring, mounting, and configuration. “Floor level” means the controller can be accessed while standing on the floor; it does not mean the unit should be mounted at floor height.
After installation, verify all door commands and required safety functions before returning the system to service. Changes to travel, speed, or operating modes should be made by a qualified commercial door technician.
Safety Warnings
Disconnect all operator power sources, including battery backup where fitted, before wiring or servicing. Mount the controller within clear sight of the door and away from moving components.
Keep people and equipment clear during operation. Never bypass photo eyes, sensing edges, interlocks, or other required protection. The controller’s Stop button does not replace required entrapment-protection devices.
