  Designed for warehouses, service facilities, automotive buildings, commercial garages, and other regularly used sectional doors, the TDC7S4BMC provides an average opening speed of approximately 12 inches per second. Soft-start and soft-stop operation helps reduce shock, vibration, and wear on the operator, trolley assembly, and garage door hardware.

  The MAXUM platform includes a floor-level wall controller with a four-line LCD display, built-in Wi-Fi, myQ Facility compatibility, Security+ 2.0 radio technology, advanced diagnostics, and three monitored entrapment-protection inputs. Optional battery backup can be added using a compatible LiftMaster battery kit.

  Important Matching Notes

  This operator requires 480V three-phase electrical service. It is not a direct replacement for a 120V or 240V single-phase operator unless the building’s electrical supply and installation are properly modified by a qualified professional.

  The trolley rail must match the door height. Commercial trolley rails and drive-chain kits are not universal. An 8-foot, 10-foot, 12-foot, 14-foot, or taller door may require a different rail assembly and chain length.

  The operator model alone does not determine the complete installation package. Confirm the door height, weight, track configuration, electrical service, ceiling clearance, and cycle requirements before ordering.
