LiftMaster lists K21-14182 in applicable Logic 4.0 and Logic 5.0 electrical-box diagrams for T, GT, APT, SD, GSD and GH operators. Older documentation may describe the primary as 115/230V.
Confirm the transformer number, supply voltage, terminal arrangement and mounting before ordering. K21-36793 and K21-35077 are different transformer configurations; they should not be selected solely because they appear in the same operator-family diagram.
Service Notes
Loss of control power can also result from supply, wiring or connected-load faults. Diagnose the circuit before replacement. Installation requires power lockout and correct primary connections according to the operator’s wiring diagram.
