The LiftMaster JHDC12X1BMC MAXUM DC Commercial Hoist Operator is an extended-duty jackshaft operator designed for commercial sectional doors, high-lift doors, full-vertical-lift doors, rolling steel doors, and rolling grilles. This configuration supports properly balanced doors weighing up to 1,200 pounds and can operate from 120/240V single-phase or 240V three-phase electrical service.

The MAXUM platform combines a high-efficiency 24VDC motor drive, smooth start and stop operation, manual chain-hoist capability, floor-level programming, built-in Wi-Fi, myQ Facility compatibility, and Security+ 2.0 radio technology. Its extended-duty rating supports up to 30 cycles per hour and 150 cycles per day, making it suitable for warehouses, automotive facilities, commercial loading areas, service buildings, and other frequently used door systems.
