Compatibility
Designed for compatible 315 MHz LiftMaster remote controls and access systems. This is a legacy 315 MHz receiver and should not be ordered solely because a remote or operator carries the LiftMaster name. Confirm the transmitter frequency, coding technology, required relay operation and available accessory voltage before ordering.
The 312HM does not add myQ connectivity and is not a Security+ 2.0 receiver. For newer Security+ 2.0 applications, consider the LiftMaster 860LM receiver instead.
A separate low-voltage transformer may be required when the existing operator cannot provide compatible accessory power.
How It Works
When a programmed transmitter is activated, the receiver verifies the radio code and momentarily changes its relay contacts. The relay is wired to the compatible operator’s control input, allowing the receiver to initiate the programmed door or gate function.

Installation and programming instructions
Remote controls, external power supplies and application-specific wiring are sold separately unless expressly listed as included.
Installation & Safety
Installation should be completed by a qualified access-control or commercial-door technician. Disconnect power before wiring. Select the correct voltage-jumper position before applying power; connecting 24 volts while configured for 12 volts can permanently damage the receiver. After installation, test the receiver, operator controls, limits and all required entrapment-protection devices.
