The transmitter uses traditional fixed-code DIP-switch programming with 10 internal switches, providing up to 1,024 possible code combinations. To program the remote, simply match the DIP-switch pattern inside the transmitter to the compatible receiver or existing remote.

Programming

Programming is performed using the internal DIP switches.

For normal replacement use:

1. Open the transmitter housing.

2. Locate the 10 DIP switches.

3. Check the DIP-switch pattern in the existing compatible remote or receiver.

4. Set the DC-5010 switches to the same pattern.

5. Reassemble the transmitter.

6. Test operation from a safe location.

The transmitter and receiver must use the same frequency and coding format.
