The heavy-wall pulley has a gold-colored finish and carries a published rating of 200 lb at 10,000 cycles on an 8' door.
Verify the pulley diameter, fork dimensions, bolt size, cable routing, and installation clearance before ordering. Published ratings refer to the supplier’s test configuration and do not independently determine the capacity of the complete door.
Inspect the lifting cable, companion pulley, springs, containment cables, and attachment points during replacement. Frayed cables or misaligned hardware can damage the new pulley.
