The pulley carries a published rating of 100 lb at 10,000 cycles on an 8' door. This rating reflects the supplier’s test configuration and does not independently establish the capacity of the complete garage door system.
Confirm the pulley diameter, cable route, fork dimensions, mounting arrangement, and available clearance before ordering.
Inspect the lifting cable for broken strands, corrosion, abrasion, and flattening. Check the companion pulley, springs, containment cables, and attachment points for wear or misalignment.
